Today was a wonderful mostly sunny and warm day...we had to move our chairs to the shade!

Didn't do much other than walk the Boys and go out for dinner.  When we returned there were a couple of Motorized Paragliders!  They were having a great time showing off for us!

Today we drove into Scottsdale, AZ and visited Kierland Commons.  Scottsdale is a very wealthy and upscale area, and Kierland Commons is THE place to go!  Kierland Commons is a great place to spend a few hours shopping and dining. Nice boutiques and larger chains like Chico’s, Crate & Barrel, Sur La Table, Alex & Ani, and Tommy Bahama. Barbi's favorites are Sundance and Soft Surroundings!  Nice dining selections including Tommy Bahama, North Italia, Zinc, Mastro’s Ocean Club (dinner only there), Shake Shack (Where we got GREAT Chocolate Malts!), and Postino. 

Not a sprawling mall or large strip, rather a series of small, nicely landscaped streets with angle parking and ample sidewalks. A really nice and fun atmosphere...especially as perfect as the weather was today.

While Barbi went thru the shops, I went looking at "Big Iron".  That's what I call expensive cars....

Not just a few, but dozens of expensive "Big Iron" like these.  And the one I would really like to have...

The electric Tesla Model S Dual Motor Performance model.  This one is the color I like and the wheels and interior I like.  This car will go from 0 to 60 in 2.4 seconds.  You can't even say 2.4 seconds in 2.4 seconds!  You NEED to Watch This VIDEO!! <<<Click here!  Gives a good feel as to what it's like to ride in this car!  Watch the passengers reactions!!We test drove one...what a rush!!  Check this clip of a Tesla racing a 707 horsepower supercharged Dodge Challenger Hellcat.  If you ever get a chance to test drive a Tesla Performance model...DO IT!

A Nice Sunset welcomed us home!

RAIN!!  It does rain here!!!  Started last night...rained the rest of the night, then all day with a misty rain...continuing now at 9:30 PM.  Temp in the 50s.

Forecast calls for rain ending late tonight, clearing tomorrow and warming to the mid-70s by the weekend... 

Today we went into the little towns of Cave Creek and Carefree, AZ.  We really like this area!  Could easily live here....if it wasn't so EXPENSIVE!  Looked at Zillow and found that what you get for $275,000 is a 820 square foot condo.😒  The real homes start at about $650,000 and there many in the 7 figures!  A bit over our budget!

We had a great lunch/dinner for Mikeys birthday!

We got back home and got to see a bunch of Balloons in the sunset...

The weather was perfect again today...sunny and about 70!

Today was a big day for us!  For the first time in 46 years I AM NOT a Landlord!!

We closed on the sale of the last one today!  This video says it well!!
